Painting Hue and Me

If I could paint a memory It would have all the colors of you warm splashes of sweet tenderness and a moon surrounded in a purple hue If I could paint loneliness I would color it blue and gray Just the way I miss you On every cloudy rainy day If I could paint sadness It would be full of tears and doubt Roses so red with thorns That pierce the heart inside out If I could paint my feelings for you I would see it as a kaleidoscope of rainbows beaming a golden view across the sky to say "I love you"
