Oh, what a day

Oh, what a day

Oh, what a day!
It’s twenty four degrees
I sit here in the garden
Just watching happy trees
Dancing softly on the breeze
To woo my hungry eyes
And oh, if you could see them
Fluffy clouds that ride the Skies

Four fountains play a love song
A blessed symphony
While lovely red canary
Pays homage to the trees
With a soft, sweet, honey warble
 Which blends into the song
And everything is simple
There’s naught that can be wrong.

The essence, seeps on, into me
Soft music flows on out
And plays with so much mystery
As silence all about
Comes out to meet this orchestra
And I sink so deep within
As the dusk submerges day
And the evening does begin.

Peter this pulls me into a world of imagination and dreams. The imagery makes the reader feel like they are right there with you in this magical place. Nice job Thanks for the insightful and sweet comment on my Good Deeds poem. Hugs
