LOVE THIS! Interesting metaphor, delightful balance of Syllable count, verb, adverb and very picturesque snap shots. Do more Haiku Mike since you are good with so few words! Not an easy task.

Thank you Alyah Love your poetry. I really feel after reading some of the placing poems that yours should have been at the very top. If I was the judge you have been at the very top, and other poets, but that is my opinion.
