New Beginnings
New Beginnings
Daylight is coming, after a long
dreamless night.
Will I bend to the light,or see shadows,
where none is in sight.
He never promised rainbows after every rain,
Only that He is there, always the same.
Life never will be like before,
Not two, one now remains.
Let the tears stop and smiles reclaimed.
Stand tall, feel the encompassing warmth
all around.
The hurt raw, will be tempered with time.
New interests will begin,
Then,I may be whole again.
