My Lost First Love

Once, we met at the age of five
Once, we made pledge upon our secret spot
Once, we had fun poking a beehive
Once, we part with a promise to meet each other again there

Then, I was ten years old
Then, I was standing here waiting for your presence
Then, I was grasping the locket once we exchanged with
Then, I was hoping for you to come and say "Sorry I'm late"

Now, I am already fifteen
Now, I see you beside me laughing with joy
Now, I am reaching my arms out to surprise you, alas
Now, I realize you have forgotten every single thing of me

My heart broke apart at once
My hope withered in a flash
My joy turned to sorrow
My dreams to be with you ceased its eternity
