Mother Earth
I
AM MOTHER EARTH
Not Flat
but round
SACRED GROUND
My temperature
IS Rising My resources
are agonizing Heirloom seed
replaced with poisonous feed
my bees are in need brothers and sisters
Take my heed I am the Goddess that Nourishes
you with oceans blue green grasses wide
mountains that prominently divide Black Soil
that you toil Treat me well
don’t let me spoil you need me dear
for I am ROYAL Visit my parks
recycle for me pickup your trash
turn in to cash plant a tree
on Arbor Day Compost if you Can
Volunteer on Earth Day to make a small Amend
use your vote and boycott skill
for each contribution provides it’s own thrill
Conserve my Water if you will
Forsake me Not I AM All
YOU GOT 12/27/16 word count 133
