There is too much evil. No human system can handle the forces of darkness , Not since the world began, the history of the world is not one of serenity, or sharing, it's a violent world. Only a spiritual force can do it! Panagiota

Absolutely ... Are not the muscles for misuse ?

To your question I reply: The muscles are for use with measure if we misuse them the results will be painful in the long run and we will pay dearly! As a marathon runner (42,195 km) I have learned that lesson very well! Thank you so much for your kind visit and comment my friend, Probir!
