Jello

It wiggles and jiggles and feels fun to the touch, a cinch to make; something everyone loves. There are a million flavours, many are fat free, jello has been around for many centuries. The colours are as vibrant as a peacock's quills just pick your favourite; add water, and let chill. For something so simple to bring such pleasure, it is one of life's mysteries, that everyone treasures. So lets pause for a moment and give thanks to jello; for who doesn't smile, at the options of jello.

An entertaining poem which reminds me of my mum's trifles that consisted of several coloured layers, one of which was jelly! ~ Regards // paul

It's not one that I eat, but my mom sure made it a lot when we were kids. Not too fattening and it's cheap!!! NIce tribute to it.

Hi Lynn, i can remember looking forward to my Jelly. Eat everything to make sure i get my jelly. Strawberry or Orange was my favourite. Love the poem, brings back many old memories of dinner. In fact, i feel hungry and we have a jelly in the fridge. Well, the jelly with some pinapple rings would go down a treat. I should have more will power but no. Time to add a little more to my spare tyre Lynn. A definite seven and a fave for bringing back the memories. Hugs....Mike. XX

I could relate to this poem as it brought back memories of growing up. This was our dessert with peaches or mixed fruit added in. Thank you for the sweet memories! ; )

Not one of my favorites but many love it. I don't like the texture in my mouth same goes for puddings. But a nice poem for the jello lovers. God Bless Phyl
