It was what they said

The things they say pierce into your head and greet your mind.
The stab wounds you feel are not real, yet they are.
Words words repeating in your head, 
breathe no more, for they say no one cares.
Hover in the air like a cloud, desperately fading into something else.
No more noises, tick-tock no, bright light no.
Red fire and skin crawling.
