Imprisoned to pain

Alas! I, the jailbird imprisoned to pain,
eyes impregnated with saline tears,
shed blood clots in torrential fall.
My face soaked in red droplets as
my mouth tore apart wide-mouthed.
In rumbustious regrets my screams rumbled
into a dirge in your memory.
Hush a rhythm of love and peace surfaced.
