I Live With Prayer
My brittle bones, they break with age
My skin, it wrinkles at the touch
My vision’s failing, ears can’t hear
Still, God loves me so very much
This life was long and yet I’m here
Through wars and peace, again more wars
I guess He wants me to go on
Though I can’t take it that much more
But, yet, I know He has this plan
Of which I am not yet certain
When the time has come for to go
It is then He’ll draw the curtain
But for now, although eyes are weak
I will look forward to each day
Knowing, He has great plans for me
Is the fate for which I do pray
