goodness, this is good. Looking down at Eileen's comment, I guess I did not even see it her way at first, but I bet she got it right. Did she? I was thinking at first it was nature and the choir were the insects and birds. Silly me!!

Andrea, to be honest, I hadn't even thought of it that way. It was meant to be a snapshot of a moment at a funeral. That's why I LOVE poetry - everyone has different interepretations and none of them are wrong :)
