Gods Perfect Creation
God’s Perfect Creation
In the beginning the Father and the Son
Were revealed in all creation.
Christ spread out the heavens above
And laid the earth’s foundation.
With His hands He hung the world in space
And fashioned the flowers in the field.
He filled the earth with such beauty
That only a Creator’s mind could yield.
He wrote the message of love
On everything He created;
All creation to last forever;
Perfection its beauty stated.
Every tree and shrub was made
For a specific reason,
But because sin entered
Everything has its season.
Every single flower
Breathes its fragrance into the air.
Its beauty unfolds from a tiny bud
As our Creator does declare.
The sun sheds its light on the day,
So that our vegetation grows;
Gives life to the many seeds
That farmers water and sow.
God in His infinite wisdom
Created a place of beauty here.
A place for mankind’s enjoyment,
Such pleasure with God to share.
But sin entered the garden
And rebellion took a hold.
Due to one wrong decision,
This beautiful earth found death and mold.
God’s Perfect Creation became tainted
With sin and it miseries.
Death touched every living creature
And extended to the lakes and trees.
Fear replaced peace and love
And nakedness was found.
What a disappointment for our Creator—
The curse of sin spread all around!
