The waning moon comes like a bandit in the night
Night of inky black floating clouds that flirts
Flirts passionately unforeseen shadows
Shadows untamed blackberry hue
Hue unlock howling wind
Wind incident brilliant zigzags shock of white
White of roaring cymbals crash
Crash awakes the heavens
Heavens open with showers as the angels cry
Cry tears of blessed rain
Blessed rain; God’s own poetry
