Glorious Grace
Glorious Grace
“And now for a little moment grace hath been showed from Jehovah our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage." Ezra 9:8 ASV
The young are leaving our churches,
Where Glorious Grace isn’t taught.
Instead it is ‘behavior’
That is preached from the pulpit.
This is not the answer
For our young people of today;
It’s relationships they crave,
And grace that paves the way.
Glorious Grace is available;
Is abundant and sure,
So why don’t we preach it
Instead of behavior as the tender?
God wants relationships,
Just as do young Christians.
He wants Glorious Grace preached;
Praise God for Joseph Prince’s grace unctions.
Every soul needs Glorious Grace
For we all fail along the way.
God’s grace is very generous
And is needed by each one of us each day.
There’s not a soul who can change their behavior—
Only God can make that change.
That’s why we need His Glorious Grace,
Each life to graciously rearrange.
God’s Glorious Grace
Is what we all shall find,
If only we come to Him
And not to His grace be blind.
Let’s not be blind to our failures,
And blind to our rebellion.
If only we’re repentant
His Glorious Grace gives restitution.
