When I listen to you, my love, Complaining that older each day you get And That your beauty is rapidly fading away, I look at you with awe For It is only then that I realize, how much More rewarding, Beauty has become to you With The passing of time! © Demetrios Trifiatis 03 OCTOBER 2014

Demetrios that is such a beautifully expressed poem, she is one lucky lady, Peter and I always say getting older doesn't even matter, we are just the same as we were when we were young despite the wrinkles lol. thank you so much for sharing this delightful little piece and take care my friend............Vera..............

My dear, Andrea, if you were the only one to be complaining, this poem would never have been written! Think my dear that you are not getting older but that your beauty matures with the passing of time! Yes, this is written for all women, although it was inspired by the one, close to me, who was complaining! Thank you so much!
