Such an emotive write here Andrea; this write shows much by leaving lots to the imagination which it enlivens..Joe..)

enjoying this one again, my friend. I'm not confident with tanka, but I've had a go at your contest. Please let me know (after judging) if I'm on the right lines, I looked at the link you recommended but still feel unsure...

Hey Andrea, just swingin' in to say hi and congrats on your win. Even better this time around...and how bout this bad poem contest...crazy stuff right?...haha...I like the booger poem too. As far as Richard Skinner, you can visit him on poetry.com...there are some poems of his there that haven't been taken down by the site I think...I haven't been there for awhile.

It's always amazed me how the city was built on such steep hills. I bet that'd be such a cool place to visit! Mesmerizing poem, by the way. Not only do the words paint the scene nicely, but even the way you formatted it gives it a kinda "airy" feel to it. Best of luck on the competition! It seems rare to find poems of yours that AREN'T in a contest. You competitive girl you... haha...
