For Jan and Tim

For Jan and Tim I went into this with plan A limerick to write, I began But once I did start The thing fell apart I should just leave this form up to Jan Was merely a poetic whim I soon found my talent was slim If Jan can’t be found Then just look around For the limerick master named Tim So... If fantastic limericks you seek Then I suggest, go take a peek For when they both write It is quite a sight Just a warning, some aren’t for the meek : )

Tim and Jan are two of my favourite poets...and Oh yes they are both poets who lift up our spirits and make us smile..Lovely tribute to them.

aww this is so kind of you Chris - I look back on my first limericks and the syllable count and meter were all over the place - I do LOVE the limericks it appeals to my sense of humour and I agree Tim is great at writing limericks but I also adore his romantic write too:-) into my faves:-) hugs Jan xx

I am glad you liked it Jan and you are right, Tim is a fantastic romantic poet. I just got this idea and wanted both of you included in this because I has so much fun yesterday with your limericks and always do. :)
