Endless Waves
Lace curtains flutter
on ocean breezes
cool upon our skin,
softly soothing
beneath star light
glistened wishes
Moon beams outline
shadows on the wall,
two floating visions
surrendering to the rhythm
of endless waves,
hibiscus white with foam
Steady, smooth
melodic movements,
coastal harmonies
sung in sighed desires
echo beyond blushing
balconies
As slumbering sandcastles
are swept away
from a silent shore
by the frenzied surf
as the evening tide
comes again
