Emotive Feelings

The night comes upon us swiftly with peace Lanterns are lit outside above the streets Light seems to be reflected, every piece There’s a rhythm of the night, some great beats And I intensely hear the perfect sounds Lanterns are lit outside above the streets There are surely sulfur smells which abounds Nothing compares to the real sight of light And I intensely hear the perfect sounds These emotive feelings are felt at night A wonderful sight of light reflecting Nothing compares to the real sight of light The light bouncing around is infecting Candles are in the windows to invite A wonderful sight of light reflecting Evening is lit up with lots of delight The night comes upon us swiftly with peace Candles are in the windows to invite Light seems to be reflected, every piece

Curious to know more about those "sulfur smells". When I was little and my family took a trip to Yellowstone, those geysers were practically exploding with the smell of sulfur (which to me smelled exactly like rotten eggs). I like the feelings you emit from the night... most think it's a scary time where nothing but bad stuff happens... truth be told it's really quite peaceful. Enjoyed your poem.
