Do You Know

Red haired woman with the brain injury feeling sorry for yourself in the window, Wondering if there is any point to go on, Do you know that someone else feels sorry for you too? Do you know that God sheds tears for your condition? Do you know that God does not enjoy your suffering? When your children were young red haired woman? When they were babes in the crib? Did you enjoy listening to them cry at night after you fed them? But did you always pick them up when they cried? Or did you suffer with them because you knew it was best? Curly haired man with the broken back in the hospital bed? Feeling sorry for yourself in your agony, Do you know that someone else feels sorry for you too? Do you know that God sheds tears for your condition? Because God does not want anyone to suffer? And so if God is all powerful and she doesn’t want anyone to suffer? Then why do we suffer? Is suffering necessary? Do you know why God allows suffering? I am not quite sure myself, But it seems to me that we learn something when we suffer, Something that stays with us throughout our lives and into the beyond, Red haired woman with the brain injury feeling as though all is lost, Do you know that God is able and willing to heal you? Curly haired man with the broken back, Feeling as though all is lost, Do you that by Jesus’ stripes you are healed, Troubled priest about to commit suicide in New York City? Do you know that a hero’s welcome awaits you for all the good you’ve done whether you commit suicide or not? Brothers and sisters, do you know that in the horror and epiphany of this life only one constant flows always? God loves us and will make sure that we make it to a place of peace, Do you know in all of my life’s experience the only thing that I’m sure of? God loves each and every one of us and will make sure that every single one of us makes it to a place of peace!!
