Diamonds in the Sky

A breath from heaven crystalized
Like diamond's remnants from the sky,
Then settled in a wisp of hair -
Dripped on your cheek and glistened there.

At first I thought it was a tear
And reached my hand as you drew near,
But then the smile within your eyes
Reflected diamonds in the sky.
