Dark waters whisper, "Come sway with me"
Waltzing so eloquently to the sea,
Currents caress and enfold,
Carried so swiftly to Lucifer's hold.

The depths of the sea a frigid bed,
A damning state to rest a head.
Solemn willows weep for thee,
Bowing wearily to a reckless decree.

Landscape aligns emerald green,
Memorial plaque marks a place serene.
Tempestuous beckon, "Come dance with me,"
over kaleidoscope horizons to the sea.

Melodious tides sing a mourning hymn,
Consorting with the bedeviled reaper grim.
The waters deep with secrets sublime,
Drowning forever upon tides of time.

Keepers of light with ancient reverie,
Come dance in waters to the sea
I bid thee a remedied plight,
Find solace in this enchanted night.

A tombstone marks waterlogged plot
So a memory won't be easily forgot.
Blessedly writ a dismal effigy,
We give this gem to the heart of sea.
