Can the Dead Speak To Us

“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.” 1 Thes 4:16 “5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not anything, neither have they any more a reward: for the memory of them is forgotten. 6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.” Eccl 9:5-6 The doctrine of immortality, Taken from pagan philosophy, Perpetrates Christian faiths; Forms part of an apostasy. To believe that spirits of the dead Minister to the living, Has provided a way for spiritualism; Fallen angels performing at Satan’s bidding. Fallen angels appear as messengers From what’s called the ‘spirit world’. Bringing before men the appearance Of departed friends revealed. Many are falsely comforted, Thinking their loved ones are in heaven. When the verdict of ‘hell’ Is what finally may be given. The Prince of Darkness Is a chieftain of deception. Has the living praying to the dead, Because of this false doctrine. “The dead know not anything”— Satan’s messengers are fake; Skillfully counterfeiting Exact replicas to make. The Bible clearly tells us The true state of the dead. Can’t fool the Jews; Most Christians duped instead. So few truly study To find the truths revealed. Many folk are only focused On prosperity or getting healed. Sadly the state of the dead Has long been concealed. Pagan beliefs prevail, But truth must be revealed. The righteous dead are sleeping. Until Christ calls them from their graves; Righteous living and dead made immortal, When our Savior returns to save. © Copyright 2008-2012 Maureen LeFanue
