By Candlelight

By candlelight, across the table, his blue eyes take her in as he begins to apologize for taking her for granted with his surprise - a meal he cooked himself. His wife cannot disguise the joy she feels as he begins to verbalize his deep-felt love; the night will end in soft, sweet sighs.
