A Montage Moment

Black-headed flowers wear long drooping ruffled petal skirts. A black crane, statuesque, stands in the tall green grass amongst them. The tallest flower - distinctively blonde - has arms to touch the crane!

thanks sweetie-- just dropping here really quick--& yup this time around, I kept in mind that it could read nicely whether across or down-- & please would you tell me if you got my last phrase there? about substituting love for the leaves there? just curious haha sorry I seem to be asking people about it lol just me playing around with words again...hugs to you & reply to soup/e-mail , as well as comment soon :)

This I think goes so well with the picture for the challenge, Andrea-- really like how your third line is such a contrast to the first two lines, way to go :) hugs to you :) & I hope this places high :)

I see this very clearly, very vivid:) excellent write, Andrea. Thanks for your comments on "A Trip Out of This World"... I wouldn't have tried a leap in my poem- not coordinated enough for such a venture...I'd miss and end up lost in space:)

This is a cute poem and enjoyed reading many of your poems today. It is supper time so off to have something and go watch some Tv for the evening. Went to a sale (kitchen ware) and then went for a 2 hour coffee break with a friend. Have a nice evening. love phyl
