A Life of Great Fullness
A Life of Great Fullness
Although His life was self-denying
Shadowed with pain and care
Christ’s Spirit was never crushed
By the load He did bear
His heart was a wellspring
Of peace, joy and gladness
He wants the same for you
A Life of Great Fullness.
He never said that there
Would never be some pain
For if there’s only sunshine
We’d never have the rain
Both are blessings
And extremely essential
For the preservation of life
Is their potential
He was a man of sorrows
But of great joy as well
He had a time of fasting
A time of parables to tell
He performed many miracles
That brought Him great pleasure
To set the captives free
Still is for Him a treasure
So if your load is heavy
And your Spirit seems crushed
Reach out, help others
Your own burdens will be hushed.
