Jack was nimble,
And Jack was quick,
But he miscalculated
That candlestick.
It was skinny and tall,
He was thick and quite small.
When he lit,
It was with an undignified bump,
With a blister
The size of his fist on his rump.
Then a notion occurred
To this game little actor,
Before he tries it again,
Jack will use a

It touches your soul and lingers

Could ne'er be sung any finer
A strong tune that's overtaking

Bulky ute voyeur selects sleek sporty stalion
    Driving by, supersedes her oversized sedan
    Wide wheel arches have Porche comparison
    Voracious engine's enthuse easily enchants


     Large car cast dispelled by lacklustre Calais
     Original conjur 370Z parked beside boring
 

Nimble Then Tremble and Reassemble

looney like fresh fruit
China never did give a hoot
at balloon would shoot

we had been enduring
countryside balloon touring
problem could be curing

balloon like owl would growl
wondered what was rational
of trail resembling towel

what we would admit
after water when it hits
balloon became tiny bits

fingers cold and nimble
balloon had caused us to tremble
we would reassemble

Nimble Jack

Jack always carried his candlestick,
ready to show off his jumping trick.
His speed and strength were better than luck
and he wanted more bang for his buck.

Cavendish McDare known as Jack-be-quick,
thought he was faster than dynamite wick.
Right before Jack was blown to smithereens,
his mother washed too much starch with his jeans.

Jack Be Nimble

Jack be nimble,
Jack be quick.
Jack jumped over the candlestick,
but Jack wasn't so nimble.
Jack just isn't that quick,
and now Jack has third degree burns all over his 

...I don't think I can finish this one here at the soup.

Nimble Music

Nimbleness on my piano softly.
I hear the notes on high lofty.

Others come, and tickle tunes.
Listening intently, in my room.

We've moved and taken it with.
I play for my puppies, a gift.

It sits again in my dining area.
In tune, wooden condition fair.

For now it sits. I hear discs long
All day as my player plays on.

My Nimble Moon

So lovely you grace the height of  glory,

Repeating nightly to the listening earth the wondrous story.

I read in your looks a knowing judge of love,

A knowledge acquired by eyes peering long from above.

Then, with pretty flight, you perch the throne

And listen to the musings of the owl in his somber tone.
