Titanium Quill
I am an unvoiced breeze~
a sea warrior
kite-surfing through
heinous waves,
knitting cobalt chronicles
from smooth syllables~
tackling chaotic currents
with chamomile magic
unfurled from the
silhouette of
a Swarovski swan,
immune to the
screeching nails
of heartless corpses,
carving blazing lies
and
procrastinated promises
across my fragile psyche~
awakening cross-eyed
demons feeding
tangerine triggers
concocted with
bruised betrayals
from familiar phases
that phased trust.
I sleep-walk through
nocturnal nights,
following silver sequined
silence to bejeweled skies,
while delicate arms of
dusk and dawn unfold
saffron scriptures of
sanguine serenity strewn
with lime and lavender ink,
soaring across
cologne-coated clouds,
as astral embers
envelope my aching heart,
with velvety musk
sprinkling dewdrops
of roseate rhapsodies,
like a refined rainbow
ribboned around
kaleidoscope eucalyptus
rising amidst roots of
cosmic awakening,
beneath
moonless melancholy,
where stars wane in
swollen sorrow,
reflecting colorless veins
of trembling tendrils
and
forgotten flowers.
And I stretch my
garnet heart to
draw twinkling truths,
weighing heavier than
rhinestone riches
that the blind
worship in
eclipsed emptiness,
oblivious to the
elysian empyrean
of glass
awaiting above
crystalline constellations
of seven sisters
to serve karmic revelations
on porcelain plates
of hyacinth herbs.
Yet I’ve long seen swinging
canvases cynically
flaunting
spiraling spellings
of splitting dusks,
though I embrace immaterial
cracks between
aesthetic auroras,
dressed in
fearless feathers
of regal peacocks,
swirling and curling
like a twirling wanderer
shifting through
amethyst afterglows
of fine-lined sunsets,
awaiting soft-spoken
serenades, to soothe inner
fears with subtle brushstrokes
of blissful poetry,
while weaving perfumed
phrases amidst piercing
needles and pins
pricking my
star-glazed strength.
Perhaps tomorrow,
when violet verses
unveil
mystical metaphors
soaked in vanilla essence
of eternal divinity beyond
breathing lies we waltz,
you’ll remember me
as I am, a mere shadow
of satanic seas,
ascending armored in
in neon plankton~
where tides surge high
ferrying venomous urchins.
For
I am a goddess of thunder,
obliterating infernal estuaries,
drowning Aphrodite’s myrtles
within my crown chakra.
as behind glowing scars
beneath electric walls,
there
swim synonyms
of unseen steel carved
from my titanium quill.
