My Pain

The pain is real
Can't you see
The pain is real
Deep inside of me!

These cuts are real
My arms are scarred
These cuts are real
My legs are marred!

These thoughts are real
Suicide I contemplate 
These thoughts are real
My mind I can't escape!

The pain will fade 
These cuts will heal
These thoughts will stop
When I am no longer here!
