The Prayer

  Dear Lord,
 Let our hearts be pure..so that we may see you..
       Let our eyes..search for the lost and lonely..
    Let our hands..heal the sick and guide the blind..
 Let our feet..walk in the path of righteousness..
       Let our thoughts rest in your will..
  Let our fears be only of failing you..
      Let our hopes be only of pleasing you..
  Let the American dream be not about us..
       Let the American dream be about you...
