Life Is Mental Warfare

I'm up, 
I'm down,
I'm confused, 
I'm lost.
I find a way,
just to get kicked down again.
I finally fall in love.....
with a broke man, 
twice a millionaire,
hoping for,
thrice a millionaire.
Murphy's Law and the Fates,
be damned!
We will aspire, 
transpire,
and rise above!
Only to find ourselves....
in battle again, 
as always,
in the game of mental warfare.

Lea Pidgeon Date: 6/23/2013 5:42:00 AM And here it is, Rush Fan, 6/23/2013 and again I've been swept up in another game of mental warfare, not of my making. Unless we really do choose our own parents with each new incarnation. If that's the case, I must have been getting drunk while I was in limbo picking out my family.
