My Hero

You are my hero,
Always being there for me,
Not caring for my flaws,
You give me shelter,
Food to eat,
Fresh clothes,
If it wasn't for you,
I wouldn't be in this world,
Laughing and crying,
Good times and bad,
You carried me,
When I slept in the car,
My hero,
You will forever be,
That special place,
That no one else could take,
You will forever remain,
In my heart,
You are my hero,
Thanks daddy,
Daddy, I love you

Key Lock To My Broken Heart

My heart is locked
with so much pain
black tear drops
fall from my face
every tear drop
leaves a puddle
with a memory
that's hiding from space
stocked away
behind my soul
shattered to pieces
with no where to go
locked away
to never get out
to see the good side
of my broken heart

Llamas and Alpacas

Llamas and alpacas are definitely different,
Some people like to vociferant,
Llamas are tall,
alpacas are short,
It is your call
But i will protect my fort,
If you spell llamas with one L,
Then you are talking about llamas and alpacas,
No one will ever tell,
But llamas are the alphas,
Of the two different breeds,
Magnificent creatures,
They are indeed,
Just look at all of their features!

Grandma's Girl

Grandma's girl would take care of her,
They were always concur,
The girl was filled with her Grandma's love,
Always putting her grandma above,
They would take care of each other,
Always loving one another,
Until that unfortunate fateful day,
Where her Grandma passed away,
The girl cried and cried,
She tried to deny,
That her precious friend,
Was no longer there to portend,
Grandma's girl finally realized,
That it was finalized,
That her precious friend,
Had to descend,
Down in the ground,
But the little girl found,
Her Grandma's still alive,
But inside the girl thrived,
Her Grandma's spirit,
That the little girl never forgot

Breaking Promises

You promised to stay with me,
You promised to help me see,
I thought you were the lucky one,
But look what you have done,
You ripped my heart apart,
Looking at someone else,
You never seemed to pay attention to me,
Especially when she was around,
I tried to get your attention,
But you ignored me,
No matter how hard I tried,
I couldn't get you to see,
That life doesn't last forever,
Going home late one night,
Not caring if you were there,
Going into the bathroom,
Reaching for the medicine,
Hands shaking violently,
I'm Crying silently,
I put the bottle to my lips,
Tilted it up,
I felt myself slip away,
The ambulance was coming,
You were hoping it wasn't to late,
Facing the light,
I walked towards it,
To late... You lost me,
You were selfish and never thought,
Of how much happiness you brought,
To me you were my world,
Even if you ignored me,
I still felt happy to have you next to me,
Just remember I am still with you,
Not in physical form,
But deep in your heart.

We Will Miss You Dear Friend

We will miss you dear friend,
You were always there to greet us at the barn,
We open the door and there you are,
I can't believe I found you,
Laying on your side,
Your body looked so lifeless,
Being outside.
We don't know what happened,
We know you can out run the dogs,
I wish I was there with you,
To see if I could stop it,
We will miss you dear friend.
Forever in our hearts,
You are the cat,
That no cat will replace,
In that special place deep in our hearts.

R.I.P. Bonnie the amazing and most loving barn cat

Congratulation

You knew that if you went,
You would ruin my night,
Like a silent message you sent,
That you got a grip so tight,
I was nervous you would ruin me,
With a single glance I could see,
In your eyes are the devils,
That could tear me apart,
In that moment I thought I would shrivel,
Deep down in my heart,
I knew you would be the one,
To make my life miserable,
So congratulations devil,
You have won.

Finally

When you go to bed every night,
wishing they would hold you tight,
You know better than that.
It seems to always be a trap,
Screamed and yelled at every day,
Making you suffer in every way,
Trapped inside this life of mine,
Will make you suffer and cry,
As will my heart of the crime,
That they have committed,
They destroyed my life,
So I took a knife,
To the middle of my heart,
The days I marked,
The torture is over,
Now I can finally rest,
With no more weight on my chest.

All I Want

All I want is to make you proud
I want you to cheer my name so loud
With all the other moms looking at you
You paid no attention and gave me a que,
I gave it my all,
And hoped not to fall
Breaking the record,
On your accord
Getting the highest score
Knowing what for,
All I wanted was to make you proud
I wanted you to cheer my name so loud,
I got what I wished for,
But just for a while,
In an hour you weren’t looking at me,
With the same pride and love,
You showed me earlier,
I will never know why,
I guess I can’t have what I want
Because all I wanted,
Was for you to see,
All the good in me,
I wanted you to see me
For who I am,
First time you laid eyes,
On the child you despise,
Hurts more than anything,
Seeing the disgust in your eyes,
Looking at me with such disappointment,
What did I do wrong?
All I want is for you to love me,
I guess what I want isn’t important,
For you would love me,
For who I am and nothing more,
All I want

I Tried

I tried so hard,
It seems i didn't get to far,
Trying to get attention,
All you do is push me away,
You payed more attention to her,
My childhood was a blur,
I tried to make you love me,
I tried to make you see me,
All you did was look the other way,
I cried every day,
You would hit me,
Yell and scream at me,
I would cower away,
Wondering when the nightmare would end,
I would try and hide,
So i wouldn't get in the way,
You would come home in a drunken rage,
I would protect her,
As you struck down,
Hitting hard,
It felt like my back was on fire,
But I cried silently,
Crying out loud,
Only made you hit more,
The end was coming,
I could feel it,
Moving away from you,
Was the best choice,
That I have ever made.
