Why do I upset you so
Why are you always mad at me I don't know
do I disappoint you and make you angry in different ways
Why cant I be like your other kids and just take your breathe away
You let people whisper in your ear tell you this and that about your kid
But yet you believe them and you don't give a damn about my tears
You tell me you love me because im your daughter and your child but would you
feel the same way if I acted like a devil child
You ridicule and laugh
You make me sad and don't care
You scold me for telling you how I feel
You get mad and upset when i speak my mind but turn around and say you don't
care
Im telling you if you weren't my mom I wold probably pull out your hair
You don't care about me but act nice in front of my friends
You say that you don't want me but turn around and buy me new pair of pants
You told me I was a mistake and that im not worth your time but the last that we
talked you told to me to cross that special line
So this is what I tell you mother dearest that friends think is so sweet if you love
me and think im special then explain to me what you mean because if this what
your love is like then I don't want it no more so if this is the last straw and since I
have reached my peek rim wanna walk out of that front door and trust I want
come back to your house no more

A young girl still in her teens worrying about a dude that is 17
She thinks of him constantly while hes out playin games
Some people say that is what she get for messin with a dude that is 17
They say that he ain't spit
They say he ain't worth a damn thing
But the thing that makes me mad is that them the same girls that wanna have
His time
But this yo girl if you really this
Don't pay haters no mine work for yo spit
Don't ever let tell you that yo love ain't legit
They don't pain they really don't know yo cries
But know that i got yo back and all them other females can just buzz on by
Yo love is worth a fight
If you love him hes worth yo teers
If you love him hes worth hanging on to
If you love him then trust him that hes doing right until the end
Don't Be Like Other Chicks that is On That Could've Shoud've But Did'nt
Be you and nobody else
BUT REMEBER YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOU BEFORE YOU CAN LOVE ANYONE
ELSE!

Aah! did anyone hear that?
The scream from inside a soul.
A scream for freedom,
A scream to be made whole.
A scream for surcumstances that are unfair.
A scream for the gunshots we hear at night.
A scream for the blood stains on the streets.
A scream for the deaths and killings we see.
A scream for the child that cant be heard.
A scream for the lives taken that weren't suppose to be took.
A scream for the people in Africa with bad surcumstances.
A scream for everyone who cant scream.
So why don't everyone just scream!

I don't understand why people care
I don't understand why people cry
I don't understand why i don't understand why people cry their selves to sleep
I don't understand why happiness is hard to find
I don't understand why girl you look good in them jeans is a line
I don't understand why people say I LOVE YOU is something that people say but
don't really mean
I don't understand why guys always ask how you get that in your jeans
I do understand why people don't want to cry
I do understand why Jesus made that sacrifice
I do understand why I cant sleep at night
I do understand why people give up their life
I do understand why I feel how I feel inside
I do understand why people give life
But what i wanna know is how do you feel inside
