Broken Teenage Glory

This probably isn't very good but, I'm new, so........
And the verses are the same both times before and after the chorus. Criticism is encouraged and wanted, so please give me pointers if you feel like it. (Just please don't be unpleasant) thanks!

We build bridges just to break them down
Fix our hearts, just to tear them out.

It's so unhealthy
But we don't care at all

We know we're rejects
It makes us proud

We spin so fast, and then we hit the ground
It doesn't matter, cause we just laugh it off

And come tomorrow
Well do it all again

You call us crazy
But it never gets under our skin

We're invincible
In our broken teenage glory

We ripped out all the pages
And wrote a mess of a story

So we don't care
About the whispers and the stares

We're living life the way it ought to be
While we still are young and free

Silent Walls and Summer Nights

This is my third song I've ever written, so I feel really happy and somewhat as if I've achieved something great. Also, I really appreciate the comments on my last two poems. You guys are awesome, and it's great to feel welcomed.
This is something I wrote at night, and it's very short, I'm afraid. It's inspired by feelings of depression and uncertainty, but feel perfectly free to interpret it as you see fit. The "oh's" at the end look really cheap and basic, but they're carrying the rest of the chorus melody, which is hummed. It's sort of a slow, moody song.
Again, criticism is desired and encouraged, so if there's something you think would make my work better, by all means speak up. As long as it's politely worded, we're cool.

BR

Verses: It's late
I should be in bed
Too many complicated thoughts are running 'round inside my head

Lately I've
Been preoccupied
With morbid thoughts for no good reason
I blame my teenage mind

Chorus:
 Will you, stranger
Please tell me
If this feeling lasts forever
Or fades away with the night

If you know
Please let me
'Cause these walls are silent
As the grave this summer night

Oh,oh,oh
Oh,oh,oh

Oh,oh,oh
Oh,oh,oh

Dreaming

I though about you today.
I dreamt of You last night.
I saw you face in a distant place where
Everything was right.

I found that I still know you
Still recognize your face
Even across the blurry voids
Of time and frozen space.

I only see you in my dreams.
I only hear your voice when I'm fast asleep.

Are you a just a voice inside my head?
Guilt over words I left unsaid?

Cause when I wake up its all gone
Like smoke upon the wind

Escape

Hey I'm Back!! After 1 year it feels like I need to say something instead of just popping up again randomly. But I hope people enjoy this one. Wrote it as a song, so it might not flow exactly right in some places, but hope you enjoy!

Brendon

I wish that I
Could freeze in time
Go back to simple days

When you and I would play outside
Deaf to blacks and greys.

I wish that I
Could stop the pain
From eating at my eyes

And dulling all my world away
To empty blacks and whites

I want to be alone
But don't leave me lonely

Come fly with me away from here
To places we don't know

There's room on board this magic ride
Enough to fit us both

We'll sail away beyond the clouds
They'll never touch us again

We'll be free at last
To dream at last

Hooks

I wrote this song as a sort of self-therapy. I've only just started up writing again, so I'd really really love criticism, in as much detail as possible if you have it or feel like giving it. Only one rule: please be polite and keep your criticisms within reason.

 (Verse 1)
We pay for brand new faces,
Cause they don't like our own

They say that it's not good enough,
So buy a better one

We're dressing up our pain,
In silks and five star shoes

Treat things as if they're people

Now people just get used

(Chorus)

The shiny things that draw our hearts are vultures in disguise,
Circling 'round our heads until it's time to strike

Without a sound, come shooting down, like bullets in the night

And we're to numb and drunk off pleasure,
To look up at the sky

(Verse 2)

We party with our shades on,
The world is bleeding rose

Careful not to take them off though,
You're saner with them on

(Chorus repeats)

(Bridge)

Instrumental

(Chorus repeats final time)
