Lexis Cobb Poem
I look around today
and what do I see
Tall beautiful people
that form a commnity
I see wanna be singers
with cooks and doctors too
and even when you're lonely
i'll always see you
We are the true face of beauty
we've got the mad swagger
we shoot like a pro
and it really does matter
So take a hand in yours
and hold on real tight
because what I see right now
is such a beautiful sight

Lexis Cobb Poem
Sometimes just giving up
is the easiest thing you'd rather do
When life will never go your way
and things aren't good for you
When life just looks at yo
and says that you aren't good enough
When things just beat you down
and makes it seem like you aren't tough
I guess that people think
that things are made the easy way
that if you help them get all good
then everything's okay
But no one thinks about
the things that go on in my life
and all the pain they push to me
feels like a stabbing knife
I take the time to make it work
sometimes I need a break
They're pushing challenges at me
I don't think I can take
So when you see me gone
don't feel the pity for my pain
and if you think that I don't cry
Wait till you see the rain
