A Lazy Day

The sun is out 
Its a nice day
But I'd rather stay in
Then go out and play
The neighbor's dog
Is barking loud
The falling leaves
Are drawing a crowd
But me ,I'd rather sit inside
While the other kids play seek and go hide
Oops, hide and go seek
But that games is silly
I don't have time
Plus they'd never find me
It would be boring to play with those kid's
I wouldn't enjoy it if I did 
I know, I'll make an imaginary friend
We can have fun on our own and pretend
We're having  a tea party
And we have some company
Yes, that's what I'll do
Bring the sugar and mugs
Cookies and juices and bottles and jugs
Bring it all its teatime
So come and join these friends of mine
Let them serve you like maids serve Kings
Tell them don't forget to bring
Napkins and plates, fork's and spoons 
Hurry, teatime will be over soon
No time to waste
It's almost done
Now you tell me you didn't have fun

Be Ready 2 Day

God is the way to go, that is all to know
If you don't believe me, just watch my show
People all try to do just one thing
Worship him ,which is good, let the Angel's sing
Living in a cruel world is al- right 
Just make sure the devil doesn't get in your sight
I wanna know, where is everybody going
On a rowboat that everyone be rowing
Don't ever jump on the bandwagon 
Drugs, alcohol and that junk will leave you saggin
Life in this world is an everyday gunshot
If you don't move , then you gonna be blood clot
All we need is Jesus, the Son of God hero
The blood ,the wine ,in a wooden round barrel
The body ,the bread, just like some whipped butter 
Now the devil can't speak ,he's starting to stutter

Amen kid ,look what God just did
If you want to live the best way is him
For tonight,all I don't need is this fright
So comfort me, and lead me to the light

I Am

Been talked about 
Been lied about
Been passed around constantly
When my faith is down
And I'm full of doubt
That's when I turn to G-O-D
No one tells me what to do or say
I don't need negativity
I will make mistakes
But for goodness sakes
I am just a human being

I'm holding on
Still I stay strong
Because I am
I won't be moved
There's nothing you can do
Cause I am woman, hear me roar

I've been smacked around
I have been cursed out
But you see that won't change me
I believe that there 
Is a better way
It'll raise my self esteem
Can't be broken down
Cause I'm wiser now
There is no hurting me
I'm my own person
I don't need a man
Why don't you just let me be

Love Her

This girl wants love, she wants it badly 
When she was younger ,
she was told she was ugly
She has no faith, no self esteem
Do u know who that girl is?
That girl is me!
Her mother died 
She was just a baby
Her father left her
To an abusive family
She practically
Raised herself
Was raped at age six
Is seeking help
Has a mental illness
That she blames herself for
She doesn't believe in opportunities
She sees no open door
She wants to escape
She's just existing
There's a whole other world 
That she's been missing
Been moved around from place to place
Feels like her life is a total waste
Can't get over her hurtful past
Can't count the number of scar's she has
From trying to just end it all 
But it wasn't her time
God didn't call
Maybe He has a plan 
He must want her to live
And somewhere out there is someone who gives
A damn about her and how she feels
And won't sugar coat things
They will always be real
She's not just an object
To be passed  and used
She deserves love ,she's human too
So show her love the best way you can
So she will build up herself again

Rainy Days

I'm tired ,exhausted, bored out my mind
There are things to do but still I find 
Myself sitting here watching the rain
As it drips down my window pane
Why couldn't the sky be blue? 
On a day like this there's little to do
I can listen to music or read a book
I'm sure I'll find something to do if I look
I can play cards, but I'd always win
I hate rainy days, cause I have to stay in
I listen to the sound ,it goes drip,drip,drop
Please rain go away, I want you to stop
Leave and never come back again
Oh how I despise the rain
I really don't think this is fun weather
Maybe tomorrow the day will be better
So I think that I'll just do my best 
To go lay down and get some rest
Tomorrow is another day
And hopefully I can go out and play
