Sugar Mama

By no means, can anyone consider me slow to loving.
Yet, ive never explored the world with, an older woman.
But im not holding bacc because of the difference in age.
I love hard, if you're my target, then no distance is safe.
I got a sweettooth, and you're the only one that can help.
My sweetheart, the only candy that i can accept.
And ive had gumdrops, pop roccs, taffy, and jellybeans.
But you're like white chocolate, candy that's rarely seen.
Tootsie rolls, dum dums, down to lollipops.
Am i a succer for love, hmmm...probably not.
Now & laters, milk duds, bubble gum, and m & m's.
Addicted to your sugar walls, no room for other women friends.
Ever since i tasted your whatchamacallit.
I lost my appetite for hersheys with almonds.
Butterscotch, dipsticcs, life savers, and mambas.
A sweet dedication that goes out to all the sugar mamas!

Tears of Pain

If the results of my actions accurately measure my competence.
Why shouldnt pride solidify my accomplishments?
Haunted with the feeling of being mislead.
But realistically, how could the situation be misread?
I gave freely of myself, yet it still cost me.
Yet, you were the biggest loser, being you lost me.
Trying to recover time, forced to retreat in space.
Evidence of long cried tears streaking my face.
Rage barely contained inside a cracced vessel.
Explode to episodes, lest the heartache settles.
Offered a new life, in exchange for tears.
And still was bothered in spite of impatient years.
Inevitable to lose, just dont lose the lesson.
Afford to miss opportunities, but dont miss the blessing.
You can't enjoy a nice day dwelling on fears of rain.
So, i'll maintain my smile, even through tears of pain.

I Am Trayvon Martin

I am young, I am blacc, I am wrongly judged.
While I'm proud of my skin, my skin's strongly grudged.
Any place in the United States has racial relevance.
Oscar Grant, Sean Bell, and me stand as evidence.
Everyone argues about equality and justice.
But look at the victims of profiling, and it's just us.
How's walking down the street in a hoodie suspicious?
How does stalking with a gun not define lethal intentions?
What can you say to justify taking me from my family?
Or robbing me of a lifetime...how can you answer me?
It isn't fair, but who can we expect to care, if we don't?
Who's gonna take the initiative to protect us, if we won't?
The system promises us safety, but it's easy to lie.
And yeah, I fought bacc tooth and nail, I wasn't eager to die.
You only see me through your eyes, but your view's tainted.
But you'll see the picture clearer, once the truth is painted.
I'm just a testament for the young blacc man, in a sense.
And even in death, I maintain my innocence.
But you can keep me alive, just stay on marching.
I'm a son, a brother, a blacc man, I am Trayvon Martin!!!!

The Biggest Lie

Ive told my share of white lies, but what do they matter?
Competed with other guys, but what are they after?
Gave all of me over, in pursuit of your heart.
In contrast to the world, i was true from the start!
So, if love conquers all, and can last forever.
Where'd we go wrong at, why didnt we last together?
Cause it can't be real, it's just a tool of convenience.
To manipulate fools, and you're a fool to believe it!
Everything love's said to be, often proves that it isn't.
Hate and love are strong feelings that we assume to be different.
Confusing situations, considered hearts foul use.
Hearts lie, so never take the heart for face value.
Love consists of small dreams, that everyone's selling you.
So just accept the fact of what life is telling you.
There's no use of trying to grasp what you'll never hold.
Love is, and will always be, the biggest lie ever told!

Nevermind, Pay It No

I know ive said hurtful things, pay it no nevermind.
I dont mean it, why i make sure i apologize every time.
Ive played games in the past, pay it no nevermind.
Why im begging for your forgiveness to overlook every lie.
I mess up, and offer excuses of every kind.
Try to turn situations on you, pay it no nevermind.
Others failed to fix your broken heart, let me try.
Have your fair share of doubts, but pay' em no nevermind.
And dont forget that you....well, nevermind.
The focus is on me, save for a better time.
How can something that feels so right, go so wrong?
Willing to spend my whole life righting all my wrongs.
Know ive said that before to cover another display.
But i see you walking out that door to my utter dismay.
Yet, if you leave now, make me believe you were never mine.
But i know you love me mind, body, and soul, so nevermind!

If

If i could steal the love from all of the hearts on earth.
It wouldnt amount to a fraction of what you deserve.
If i made a million dollars tomorrow, you could have every cent.
Every quarter, kniccle, and dime i ever make, you can get.
If i had a say-so, you'd be happy for life.
If i could make you fall in love, it'd happen on sight.
If i ruled the world, i'd place it at your feet.
Every cloud, mountain, body of water, and every tree.
If i could live without my heart, i'd place it in your hands.
If i could die for you, i'd give up my breath in advance.
If i could touch you now, we'd get lost in ecstacy.
You and me, naked, all night, love's spicy recipe.
If i could read your mind, i'd always do the right thing.
If i could see the future, you could dodge trouble life brings.
If i had a genie, and a if was a wish.
If a if was a if was a if was a if....

One In a Billion

Its hard for me to find the words to explain.
Everything that you've invested, tears, sweat, and the pain.
Your dedication is a small measure of your worth.
In my eyes, a better woman has never walked the earth.
Life hasn't been easy, yet you took it in stride.
Noone suffered such hardships, and yet you do it with pride.
You made miracles, even when it wasnt enough.
What else, if that doesn't define a mother's love?
Telling you now, if you don't know how important you are.
I'll go out on a limb, there's no distance too far.
Cause to put it simply, i owe you too much.
My respect, admiration, and unconditional love.
You are my beginning, my end.
You're every woman, you're my sister, my mother, and friend.
A search for you wouldn't turn up none in a million.
You're irreplaceable, mama, you're a one in a billion.

Counting Blessings

One heart reflected in two different faces.
One goal, though we started in different places.
Inspired to find something we really treasure.
If love's a fetish, you're my guilty pleasure.
Cause no matter what, i cant get enough of you.
Never encountered anyone that means as much as you.
Hate and love, hard for me to separate the two.
Sometimes, i hate that i love you as much as i do.
My possessiveness entails enough evidence.
That at times, my emotions outthink my intelligence.
Forced issues to have your priorities in line.
And i cant ask nothing short of keeping me in mind.
The ups and all of the downs we've been to.
Butterflies emphasizing the times we've been through.
Smelled emotions in the air, i was scared at first.
Yet, i was counting my blessings and there you were!

Words of Encouragement

You should never doubt yourself, trust your endurance.
Sure you'll reach your full potential with enough reassurance.
I can recognize an incredible woman when i spot her.
And you're selling yourself short, you have so much more to offer.
Cant convince me you weren't meant for a bigger purpose.
And you'll see it too, once you figure out what your worth is.
You leave lasting impressions on everyone who's seen you.
Considered a blessing to all who happen to meet you.
Life's hard, but it depends on how you start in through it.
Overcome any obstacle, just put your heart into it.
Although i realize most things in which i should be grateful.
Should that lessen the fact i truly appreciate you?
I know everybody will question theirself some of the time.
Confidence in my compliments, you're one of a kind.
So, anytime you feel like your self-esteem needs nourishment.
I'm always here to give you some words of encouragement!

Fairytales

Love at first sight, skip the formalities.
Made to believe what we have couldn't exist in reality.
That's why i don't believe fairytales are true.
But thats what i feel like im apart of when im with you.
A place where love's real, and you dont worry about money.
And everythings perfect, and everyday's sunny.
When im with you, i lose every care in the world.
My better half, make me feel like i could carry the world.
And if kisses are keepsakes, your caress is treasure.
Softest place on earth, its like im holding heaven.
And i swear, ive never loved anyone harder.
If there ever was one, im your knight in shining armor.
I'll never believe you weren't meant for me.
Cause you showed me what love was really meant to be.
We've been through thicc and thin, like before and after.
Only thing missing from our fairytale's "happily ever after"!
