Christmas and Cats

Christmas and cats,
At least there is no rats.
But there is bad,
When your cat is so sad.

It tried to climb the tree,
Fell and broke his knee.
All he wanted was the star,
But the very top was just to far.

He came to my friend,
We thought this was the end.
Till the tree fell over,
Good thing we were sober.

We saved the tree and the cat,
And still had on our Santa Class hat.

Mad As a Hornet

Am I a hornet,
Or am I a bee?
Here is a new sonnet,
I hope you read.

You shook my nest,
 And here we come.
Woke us from our rest,
You better run.

You don't know how far,
Until we are there.
That's who we are,
Are you scared?

As your running you can see,
That I am clearly not a bee.

Who Am I

I wonder what's wrong,
But feel so attached.
So I write this song,
I feel attacked.

My own head attacks myself,
When will this be done.
Is this what I felt,
When I was gone.

Its in my heart,
Breaking me free.
That's when I start,
To question what's wrong with me?

So here we go,
Another day.
Asking my self so,
What can I say.

To make all the problems run away free,
But really this is just me.

Is This Real

The wind whispers in the woman's ear. She stands and looks but nobody is here. As the wind strengthens the house shakes. She screams for her life, running for the basement. The door is locked. She cried the softest saddest little cry, prays to God not to take her life. The door opens and what does she see. An angel that said...

Come with me
To live another day
I'll protect you
That's all I can say

The woman followed
With nothing but joy
There they go
Trying to stay alive

She looks around
To see if this is real
And wake's up
To notice that
The tornado was the real deal

With You Again

11/29/15

As I stand in the clouds,
She said if only you knew.
I've listened to the sounds,
Of the pain you've been through.

I'm glad your here,
With me today.
If only you could bare,
What I need to say.

I love you,
As I do everyone else.
You don't have a clue,
How I really felt.

When I left you and the family,
But here I wait.
Pain free,
For you my mate.

I'm sorry I left,
But it was time to go.
Now you are here,
And not alone.

Being here together,
With everyone else.
Do you understand,
How to feel at all.

I feel at home,
All over again.
I'm glad I'm here,
Instead of down below.

Things Can Change

Beatiful Scars

I cry myself to bed,
Every other night.
Wondering if I should just be dead,
Or keep up the fight.

I look into my own eyes,
And see nothing but bad.
The good has died,
But really I am sad.

Depression I fight,
Wishing it would just go away.
I try with my might,
But what can I say?

Don't just dwell try to change,
I promise you won't be the same.
