Scarlet Ember

Scarlet ember

(look , smell, sound, taste, feel)

Scarlet--flakes of RUST , SEEN in ashes of burnt coal
Scarlet—AROMA of smothered froth of BLACK engine
Scarlet—CRACKLES, likes of icy BLUE hailstorm
Scarlet—memoirs of BROWN BITTER stones
Scarlet—FEET like crispy GOLDEN autumn leaves on ground

(rust, seen , aroma, black, crackles, blue, brown, bitter, feet, golden)

rusted souls seen inside and out
nobody knows where to stand
aroma of intensity around
black intentions always surround
dying, crackling under deep blue sky
reaching out to infinity and beyond
will somehow become part of brown soil
bitter or sweet, everything will be gone
used to feel like nothing would ever end
even golden memories will turn to embers and stone.

Tramping Fears

Thoughts once we dreamt of
Were boundless and infinity call
Opening thee gazing eyes
Fears were all we could look for

While life is full of devastating fear
Dreams are full of idealistic charm
And thou am at the crossroads;
Choices made are most hard to bear

Some say you can do whatever you want
Rest create fence that’s hard to overcome
Hence, am stuck in unspoken expectations
In my invisible fears and in my oblivion

Someday I will rise, strong and still
Will change my world into beam of truth
Walking on stones and pebbles under the shadows
I will reach my destiny whole and alone.

In My Blood

They say vanity was my pursuit
I thought it was sharing
Until reality revealed it
Exuberance was in my blood

Coward was my second name
Till I resided in my own nut shell
Nobody knew the truth; because
Silence was in my blood

Life has chosen its path,
Making an obscure arch of fate
Had to get through it thou;
Cause curiosity is in my blood

Alone we wandered streets in dark
cause it was our only retreat
Chaos is our daily mantra; but
Serenity is in my blood

Don’t know how long I will survive
But quest of life will continue endlessly
Every day there are tons of endeavors,
Because giving up is not in my blood.

Chess Board of Life

I am a mess like a board of chess
Filled with pawns and kings; but
Deep down in my heart though
I am a queen even If I confess

Everything is becoming a question
When I thought it was time to rest
My existence is becoming a turmoil
When end to be were, trough and crest.

Clock is tingling, time is passing by
My moves on board of life were dying
Hence; I am waiting and pondering
What will eventually happen, next??

Selfish Reality

Thrones of silk and gold
Were made to adorn “the cold”
Restless were the innocent souls
Dependent on the embers of coal

Together we collected pieces of shell
So we could make sustaining shelter
Barefoot they were, lost was the purpose
Together they made heaven out of hell.

Giving all they possibly could
made it eternally deep & noble
Smiles on their faces were bold
Deep down, hearts were molded in gold.

Unclaimed Realities

Thorns and shackles, bumbles and hurdles
Tears are nothing but fountain of pain
How hard we try to fix everything
Seems like a piece of work In vain

Deep inside I am heartless and cold
They think I am so flawless and bold
Who knows deception is my expertise
I fix my face with a smile and a mold

Life is happening, people are dying in hoards
Some say its circle of life, rest say it’s unfortunate
My brain and thoughts are spinning in circles
Just wish to stand still until “the quite” is allured .

Lost Souls

Lost Souls

I stare and stare at a blank piece of paper
All day long laying in my pool of despair
Humble are the offerings of life and yet
I fear and fear that everything will disappear

Life is after all shadow of long lost souls
We sketch, we paint their paths like we were meant to
No wonder, we are still led astray in midst of the world
Because after all beauty lies in random curves of coal

As always night will fall and day shall end
tomorrow we shall begin our chase again
I am exhausted, I am plundered of waiting
Hopefully up next there will be a starry bend

Obscurity

So silent yet deafening sounds
How can I get my mind to stop
Yearning for a spec of peace
Wherever I look, noise is found.

All I can think is how to focus
Focusing on keeping concentrated
But deep inked parchment all around
Keeps my subconscious afloat

Every minute, every second
Keeps speeding up to deadlines
I am still unprepared, wondering
When did I get desensitized.?

I Really Don'T Care

Plethora of negative thoughts
Which have been residing in me
 Killing myself at their request
Dying in silent scream

I am standing ashore, on cliff
Wondering how I got there
Scared to take the plunge
Even though it’s the dead end

“Nothing” is my eternal feeling
Thus; I stand empty handed
Wanting to be able to want
Although I really don’t care.

Gist of Life

More knowledge would have been fun
I was an idiot not to take the plunge
should have focused on versatility instead;
But was too busy enjoying the safe ride.

What’s the point of only getting to end point
if you are not going to enjoy the ride,
destiny should not be the target; but
experiences should be the ultimate take away..
