I Don'T Understand

You say I don't understand
You think what you said was pure gold and that I don't understand
Damn right I don't understand!

I don't understand how you can be so closed minded
Though on outer-look, from the perspective of a half-wit, you are far sighted
You utter gibberish from your hole and you think you're right
Deep down you know you're already wrong but oh pity! you still fight
You fight thinking I could be right never knowing being wrong is alright
Ohhh yes! ohhh yes! Being wrong is alright! In fact it is humbling and delight!

You keep going this way my friend and your destiny is real far
You can't afford to be wrong because you already can't accept yourself for who you are!
I don't get how anybody cannot accept themselves for who they are!?

So,
You say I don't understand
You think what you said was pure gold and that I don't understand
Damn right I don't understand!!!

The Way of Life

So many people around the world
living a life of their own
there are good doers and then there are evil doers
there are rich and then there are poor

But what vexes me most is the way of life
Rich, content with all the possession
but still treating wealth like an obsession
Poor, no wealth at their disposal
but still living life like there's no control

What is freedom after all?
To the child of the poor, did sorrow ever befall?
Is there happiness at all?
To the child of the rich, no toy ever contents, I hear!

With a smile on his face, the poor farmer ploughs the land
With a frown on his face, the rich man picks a briefcase in his hand
With a joy in his heart, the poor farmer serves the bread
With a grief in his heart, the rich man sleeps alone in bed

But what vexes me most is the way of life
Rich, content with all the possession
but still treating wealth like an obsession
Poor, no wealth at their disposal
but still living life like there's no control
...still living life like there's no control!

Escape From Reality

There's something they need to know
They always seem to be sure
They won't swallow their pride
The loser always wants to be right

What's their matter they sure know
But they don't seem to be sure
'cause they can't face the reality
Buried deep in insecurity

And how long will you escape
The cold truth of reality
And how long will it take
To overcome your insecurity

A castle can't be built in air
Life is never ever fair
When will you realise this?
How many more dreams will you miss?

One more day to pass
10 years have gone so fast
Which day really was a blast?
Now you're escaping from the haunting past

Ask back for your old time
You never were on cloud nine
Tell me about your insecurity
And I'll tell you to face the cold truth of reality!!

A New Accolade To a New Love- a Companion For Solitude

The cold winter or the hot summer
We'll go through them together
And I want you naked all the time
'cause that's when you fulfill all my desire

I'll run my fingers all over your body
Sometimes I'll even spank you gently
You moan with your beautiful voice
I'm all mesmerized by you; I've got no choice
but to love you!

The tattoo that runs from your neck to your belly button
Your gorgeous body like a thousand glowing sun
Yes, you hurt me sometimes and for a while I can't love you the same
But when I hear your voice, I feel it's all worth the pain

You give my life a new meaning
You make me feel like a star
I'll love you forever
My Phoenix, My Guitar!! :P

P.S.: I was high on coffee while writing this poem! :D

An Accolade To a Love

On the first day HE must have begun
for such beauty couldn't be created on a short span
Eyes designed in a heavenly fashion
Lips ruby enough to appease any man
Hypnotize, mesmerize- to anyone she can
Divine enough to be called earth's Venus
No bitterness, No sadness, No act of heinous

Smile on that face turns my night into day
Content with youth itself forever
All the problems, worries now seem far at bay
She finds the best in me, my perfect lover
When she cries, the heavens turn gloom
When she laughs, Oh! how the flowers bloom
But Alas! though such heavenly beauty HE could've made
Guess he wants her for himself; as for me such divinity neither lives nor is dead!!

The Road

Human Beings, Homo-sapiens; call it whatever you want
I'm not interested in that exterior
It's the Socrates soul that we never take for grant
They're a fool who looks for beauty in the mirror
Controlled by the sins, pride of vain and prejudice stemming from fear
and not even the social mirror; take a leap of faith, look deep inside you and you'll see
what you were always meant to be!

You may have to crawl through the road with all your might
Never forget that at the end of the tunnel there always is light
Along the journey, for you, there might be none
But always remember that the victor walks alone
and don't fret over the thrown pebbles, scorching sun or their attempts at your defile
You will be thankful for everything when you look back the road with nothing but a smile!! :)
