She Smiled

She smiled.
But deep inside
Her soul hurt.
Her mind was a mess.
Her thoughts killed her.
Yet she still smiled.
Covering up the pain,
Hiding it from the world.
She was destroyed,
Broken, Empty.
But she still smiled.
Slowly dying,
From what was inside.
Driving her insane.
Yet she smiled.
Drowning in darkness.
Taunted by fears,
Haunted by the memories.
But she smiled.
Because why show the pain,
when no one cared.

Late At Night

I sit in bed,
Late at night.
With watery eyes,
And a blurry sight.

Lost in thoughts,
and out of control.
Nothing inside,
But a cold, dark soul.

Alone and scared,
With an aching heart.
Surrounded by darkness,
And slowly falling apart.

During the nights,
I carve the pain.
Dripping dark red,
And going insane.

When the tears dry,
I sit here in bed.
With only the thought,
Of being dead.

Goodbye world,
You've all won.
I'm tired of this pain,
I'm finally done.

About Him

There's these things about him
I can't quite grasp my mind on.
These little things, that make up who he is.
So simple, yet so incredible.
And I sit here and think
About every little detail, every aspect of him.
And it amazes me,
How this one human being, this one individual
Could impact my life like no other.
And how the simplest things about him
Could influence me in such a way.
These little things,
So distinctive, so rare
Combined together to create
Such an astonishing individual.
Someone whose beautifully exotic.
Whose characteristics amaze me
in any possible way.
These things about him,
That make me love him uncontrollably.

They Don'T Know

She took a breath,
And closed her eyes.
Her thoughts buried in darkness
During the nights she cries.

"It's okay"
"It'll be alright"
But they're not the one
Battling in this fight.

What can i do?
What will i say?
When they crowd around
Asking if I'm okay.

It's hard to escape
The memories and pain.
I can't take it any longer,
I'm going insane.

No matter what happens,
It'll come to show.
I'll just be the girl
They all used to know.

She's Long Gone

She's long gone.
In her bed, she'd lay.
Hiding from the world,
Every night to day.

Not a memory, nor thought
That comes to mind.
Nothing but emptiness,
The rest left behind.

No energy or movement,
Just silently laying.
Ignoring the voices
Her mind has been saying.

Memories built up,
As her hope crashed down.
Her mind is an ocean,
And her thoughts slowly drown.

Her eyes wide open,
Yet her sight was blank.
Nothing but darkness,
All emotions have sank.

Lost and empty,
She's long gone.
It'll be over,
When day hits dawn.

Lonely

She was quiet,
Afraid of the world.
Lost in her thoughts,
In her mind,
In her soul.
Scared to be different,
To be herself.
She was lonely,
Like petals dropped
From a flower.
Left to be forgotten,
To be lost.
Walked over,
Like a trail in the forest.
Carelessly noticed,
Lonely.
