Tragedy In Black

Everyone has an obsession
Others are harmless
Hers were not
Obsession devours beautiful souls into the black of night
Hers soul was bright and promising
If only she had known this on that night
They carried her away
Her future fading to black and vanished quickly
She had been consumed with depression
She strived to be like others, tall and pretty
Jealousy rotted her soul slowly
Agencies loved her
But only them
She spent long hours crying
Her obsession? Leaving crimson tear drops in her wake
Pricks and slices
She struggled to hide the secrets
Being exposed to the world for all to see yet even then no one knew
She was dark
Captured by the emptiness of the dark as she withered away
Waiting to be found
That pretty face was no more
Jealousy rotted her through
Yet again obsession took another beautiful soul

Vanished Away

Your words are sad they say
Your heart cant simply feel that way
Way to broken to repair these days
Way to hurt to ever return
Return to the days of joy and tears
Return to the people who left her there
There in the cold to fend for herself
There all alone to love her siblings
Sibling became her kids
Siblings she took ownership
Ownership of the beautiful lives
Ownership of adult life
Life where she watched her “kids” grow
Life where she chose to grow on her own
Own accord
Own life skills
Skills she learned by herself
Skills she taught them as well
Well as she could being seven
Well as she could not knowing how
How to be a mom
How to replace her parents
Parents who divorced
Parents who started a war
War between houses
War with kids in-between
In-between the lies they told
In-between the love they chose
Chose chaos
Chose to split
Split the holidays in two
Split the houses completely
Completely shocked she became
Completely scared she proclaimed
Proclaimed they loved her
Proclaimed it was the best
Best was all she gave to her “kids” now
Best was what she wanted
Wanted them to be happy at her own cost
Wanted them to see all she did
Did it hurt?
Did he say good bye
Good bye’s never happen
Good bye’s make it worse
Worse to wake up to dads stuff gone
Worse to realize love had vanished
Vanished into the night as he
Vanishes into the night as she held her “kids” tight
Away
Tight

Love Will Shine

Fragile with Cover
Love the Girl
Love her Heart
Hearts can be Fragile
Hearts can be Broken
Broken and left Fractured
Broken hearts go Unnoticed
Unnoticed she Wonders
Unnoticed she Sighs
Sighs of Loneliness
Sighs in Confusion
Confusion Overwhelms
Confusion hurts like Hell
Hell is where she Is
Hell is where she’d rather Stay
Stay Asleep
Stay Alive
Alive to Wonder
Alive to Wish
Wish he loved Her
Wish he Knew
Knew the pain he Inflicted
Knew the pain he Provoked
Provoked a fire in Her
Provoked the pain of Yesterday
Yesterday she Cried
Yesterday she wondered How
How a boy she loved could hurt Her
How she could be so Blind
Blind to his Ways
Blind to his Lies
Lies he told
Lies she Believed
Believed he meant Everything
Believed she was the only One
One for Him
One and Only
Only has Herself
Only if he didn’t Lust
Lust looses it’s Glory
Lust is all he Wanted
Wanted to be Appreciated
Wanted not to be so Fragile
Fragile she Is
Is it Fate
Is it Destiny
Destiny is not this Life
Destiny is the light she chooses to Shine
Shine without cover
Shine in the Darkness
Cover
Darkness

Life

Yesterday was a day she didn’t want to live
She didn’t want breath
She didn’t want to smile
Thinking was out of the question
All she wanted was to cry and scream
She spends today going through life
When she thinks about the life she lives, she declines
Her mind spins out of control
Her smile fades quickly to hysterical tears
She loses it
Alone.
She swiftly declines to suicide
Contemplating, Death pending.
All though so young, she feels as though she has done her time
With the broken hearts becoming unbearable
She wants her life to stop
However, she continues to breathe today
To again endure the pains
As though they never happened
That beautiful smile holds an ugly secret
The truth will not be shared

Dark Days

The blood drips down her leg
Wondering what she did to deserve this
The life flows from the wounds she created.
The blade and blood is her true form of accepting.
Caring. Loving. Trusting,
All having sick and twisted definitions in her head.
Everyone hates her so why should she try?
Questions continuously swallowing the silence
The love she feels is false and empty
She has become bitter and broken but goes unnoticed.
The hard shell she has is not to keep you out,
Rather to keep her pieces contained
She once loved with her whole existence..
Worthless she feels.
The blood drips to the floor
The lights get blurry
Maybe this way she will feel important
Loved, missed, cared for.
When she is gone the love will pour in
Even as the blood pours out
But as she floats somewhere between
Her hallow shell filled with broken pieces
Hidden from the world until the day it’s released
She cries and say her last good byes.
The final good byes will be just that.
The blood runs slower down her leg
The lights get darker
She whispers “I will be loved now”
Darkness consumes the once pretty girl in an ugly scene
Lost to the selfishness of others
A beautiful soul, released of the pain she was burdened with.
Free to float and now be loved.

Child of His

Keep going
Keep pushing
Pushing out the hate
Pushing out the words
Words that spit like venom
Words that roll of the tongue with ease
Ease of not thinking
Ease of hurt
Hurt is the easiest to inflict
Hurt normally goes unnoticed
Unnoticed when he doesn’t love
Unnoticed he shows me my worth
Worth nothing to him
Worth hurting his child
Child of God I am
Child of his I am not
AM
NOT!

Good Bye

Love is beautiful
Love is kind
Love is not what I left behind
I left you there far behind
To keep me away from being entwined
Stuck in your lust
I leave you in the dust
Good bye.

Terrible Night

He has no idea he hurt me
He will never know he abused me
Tore my soul wide open
I hold onto the pain
Like a terrible broken treasure
It’s mine
Only mine
You’re stronger than me
Now we know
You get your way
Now I know
Are you proud?
It wasn’t my first
But I will never forget
The night you thought I was playing
The night you fought for my love
Took the “love” you wanted
I keep the clothes to never forget
The night that zipper broke
My reminder to never trust a guy
Now no one will know
Not even you.
I wasn’t playing..

Hearts Break

Sometimes hearts have to break to know what love is.
To know how to fight
To care and trust
Yes, mine is broken
But you bet I’ll never give up
The strongest people have the most pain
Broken hearts change lives
They show what you really can do
How you really can be
Love is powerful
Love is beautiful

Alone

The days go by
She wonders why
She's always alone
No one ever knows
Where she goes
Why she isn't seen
She is stuck in between
Trust everyone and no one
Rather be alone than hurt
Too bad it hurts worse
