The Forecast

The cold bitter nights trying to break me,
 Trying to destroy me or it so it seems to be.
 But my heart and spirit is full of so much heat
 That the coldest breeze couldn't even compete.
 That power of desire
 Lit with fire
 Will always keep me warm.
 Even through the thunderstorm,
 I know I'm going to get hit with the worst
 Where if I even touch it , it will burst.
 But with my strength as one people,
 I could beat it without even trying.
 You can't stop this one.
 Don't even think you have won.
 You make it rain, hail, snow, I don't care.
 I'll just win by blowing hot air.
 Let's just say I outdo the forecast
 Because I'll shine no matter how it slash.
 Just in case you didn't know
 When I shine, I told you so.
