Warriors Need Us

Warriors need us

b>A Baptist,
Or an artist?
A murderer,
Or a protector?
A savior,
Or most definitely a WARRIOR?
Warriors are most known for all,
But for you they still walk tall.
They die and bleed for us,
All of us who live in the U.S.
Yet we try to make them fall,
To make them crawl.
Have we forgotten,
Or are we as a country really that rotten?
This country is sick,
But it wont be fixed by a doctors needle prick.
We reap what we sew,
A sick country we made it so.
Help each other,
And band together.
To help warriors,
Is a good step for starters.<>

You Have My Love

b>You have my love,
Like the morning goes to the early dove.
Remember the angel who fell,
I feel like this angel,
Only I’m stuck in a well.
But this well is cracking,
Ever since we started talking.
Once I am with you,
I will break through.
I have a lot to learn,
But when I hear you it is a small concern.
Through hard times and wars,
I am truly yours.
Who am I to be so blessed to be with you?
But God has made it a dream come true.
I will protect you,
And I will always stay true.
If it is a sin to stay,
For you the ultimate price I WILL pay.
No matter what you are with me,
For I love you my beautiful Sammie.<>

The Broken Hearts Crusade

b>I said I loved you,
You said you love me too.
I gave you my heart,
But I guess you didn’t care about that part.
I gave you the key to my chest,
But you gave me blows like you would an unwelcome guest.
You have broken me,
Like a car against a tree.
I had your back,
If you needed a break you need only ask.
But when I turn my back because I trust,
My back gets impaled by a sturdy thrust.
This thrust I did not see,
Was from the one that was and still is loved by me.
My heart gushes before my eyes,
And flutters to the skies.
The sky does not want it,
So it falls to the dirt and grit.
Then it turns into a big mess,
Now I am in distress.
How will I ever feel love?
I am not worthy like Gods Morning Dove.
Maybe I am destined to die alone,
Now I must turn into stone.
Maybe I should be metal instead,
For it is not easily dead.
Oh God what have I done?
What have I become?
I’ve become a heartless monster,
From a wound that festers.
I need peace in my soul,
But my soul is a piece of coal.
Maybe this is part of a plan,
I pray that’s it’s to turn me into a man.
I am a weapon now,
But no it won’t be the sound of a KA-POWW.
It will be the sound of a blade,
On a very long crusade.<>

The Life I Have Had

b>The life I have had,
Is so very sad.
It has been lonely,
A sorrowful story.
I wish I knew,
How to feel like new.
But my heart is so black,
To red it can’t be turned back.
Is this the ending,
Just to be left with my soul darkening?
I feel like stone,
But can be broken like a fragile bone.
All I need is a loving streak,
But that is as rare as a winter that’s not bleak.
I say I’m alright,
But that is all for your sight.
Everything is wrong with me,
But for someone to care it is not to be.
I wish I was crying,
Instead of slowly dying.
But that is my life,
Like a never ending marriage to an unlawful wife.
I said the life I had,
Is so very sad.
Life’s not fair,
I’m sorry to share.<>
