Directions

I turned around
And faced West
I laid the little body
Down to rest
My pet

I turned around
And faced East
I was on my knees
In front of my Priest
He blessed me

I turned around
And faced South
I was lucky enough
To put food in my mouth
I felt guilty

I turned around
And faced North
I instantly felt
That I must set forth
And give love

Loneliness

There is only a chair in this empty space
There is no-one in it,
It is barren and bare.
I am alone.
Should i sit
Will someone come if I sit.
I sit.
No-one comes.
