A Perception On Life

Life goes on,
All around me,
My life goes on,
While life runs without me,
What to perceive,
How to know,
Without the wrong perception,
Wondering,
If my life connects to life,
Does anyone notice me,
Because I notice them,
Does anyone want to care about me,
My life,
In their life,
Because I want to know,
The world around me,
Above all,
The people that surround me,
The stress of knowing,
Every expression,
Every action a person makes,
And understanding the reasoning,
Behind their action,
And expression,
The greeting,
The building,
Building friendship,
But worrying about whats next,
My insecurity,
In my perception,
Unwanted life,
No one notices,
But when some one excepts me,
I'm surprised,
They want to know me,
Not knowing what t do,
I can't get close,
To many scars inside,
They can't know,
Or they will leave me,
But for the ones that push on,
That ignore my insecurity,
I am grateful,
To those who care about me,
Who wont abandon me,
The only thing left,
Is for them to let me know,
That they feel this,
Then I will let them,
Get close to me,
But for the ones,
Who show different,
Who show immaturity,
Who are selfish,
Who are shallow,
They will leave me,
That is how I tell,
The difference between people,
And friends.

Issues

When I walk through the door.
At my feet is old baggage.
I find myself pondering recognition.
Until it hits with a hug.
My mother-in-law is here.
At first,I am happy to see her.
Then the words are spoken.
My wife enters the room.
"She will be living with us!",my wife declares.
A wall just hit me.
This means a new story.
My mother-in-law sais",wont that be nice?".
My anger is igniting.
This means relationship.
This means responsibility.
I act glad as can be,
Then my wife follows me.
We walk in the kitchen.
My wife is stubborn.
My wife holds fast.
I decide to let her stay.
I accept responsibility.
I accept a relationship.
The wall is crumbling.
I am emerging from it.
My anger is subsiding.
I am a man of the house.
I will protect that house.

Waterfall

Water dances with the wind,
The falling shatters quiet nature,

The rocks hold without falter,
As man and water struggle,

From the currents and pressure,
The drowning and struggling,

Man's fight for survival,
Though he cant breath,

The falls never ceases,
How the struggle of the world never ends,

The World, rest no where in sight,
With struggle,endurance rises between,

The man and the waterfall,
The fight for survival.

Victoria Gash

I have wondered,
I have searched,
For as long as time,
Feeling lonely,
Wondering how long is time,
When time would end,
When sorrow and fear,
And sadness and anger,
At times end,
Becoming desperate,
To find the right time,
Making the wrong time,
And learning how to make the right time,
Is to be patient,
To find the right time,Like finding the right one,
Well,I found the right time,
The one,
Time has ended,
Now I know,
How long time is,
Because time has ended,
My wondering is over,
My searching is over,
Time has ended,
Now that the one is found,
I don't have fear,
I don't have anger,
Or sadness,
Or even sorrow,
I am no longer lonely,
The one,
To rest in her arms,
To stroke her cheek,
To gaze into her eyes,
To hold her hand,
I can finally rest,
I can finally stop time,
Who needs time,
In the arms,
Of the one you love,
With Victoria,
I have no need to run,
I have no great dreams,
I am content,
I am home.

Music

I am music, the voice in your head,
The woman feeling sad, listens to me.
I set the mood the woman is looking for,
The woman is lost in me.
Her mind is taken,
She is embellished in the remedy of music.
I solve emotion,I help what hurts,
I raise a storm,I slow a storm.
My words can influence her,
Change her culture, change her thoughts, change her world.
I am music, influence of the world.

Blue Waves

We hear them crashing,
Into us,
We fear their immanence,
That split second,
The silence before the crash,
We close our eyes,
Only to realize,
Our life before us,
Immense power,
So destructive,
So powerful,
Death defying,
Yet beautiful,
Yet awe inspiring,
Yet the apple of life,
We are sand,
We small bits of gold,
We fear the crash,
Even though,
We are indestructible.

Ww1

I am alive,
I wonder what is next,
I hear the fire,
I see the enemy,
I want to live,
I am afraid,
I pretend I'm not here,
I feel the shaking of the ground,
I touch the my muddy trench,
I worry for the next attack,
I cry in my sleep,
I am done killing,
I understand I must fight to the bitter end,
I say the war should be over,
I dream of a better place,
I try to cope with the dead beside me,
I hope my fellow soldiers fight beside me,
I am the front line.

The Past Death

The blast,
An all powerful destruction,
Feared so much,
Yet used so much,
The blast so devastating,
So heartbreaking,
A change of worlds,
As the blast pushes threw,
Unstoppable,
Until all is lost,
Even by the winner,
Man stands in awe of the blast,
So bright,
So much fire,
The blast flashes in the night,
And the sound so deafening,
The men that survive,
The blast so brutal,
Are never the same,
This is war,
Breading only destruction,
The blast of war so quick,
So far it seems like it will never end,
Laying nothing but death and blood,
The survivors are dead inside,
Yet living,
Like the war,
The war always seems of the past,
The war happening around us,
Never really touches us,
Until death comes home to us,
Wars have never been fought here,
Unless they are the past.

The Calling

My whole life,
Not knowing,
How oblivious,
In a fog,
I saw my life,
Saw my life,
As a happening around me,
My thoughts always wondering,
All this anxiety,
How trouble surrounded me,
My time may be near,
But I am ready,
After my God surrounded me,
As the fog lifted from me,
I felt alive,
I felt happy,
I help others to glory,
To God,
Under protection,
It took God,
To raise me,
And set me,
In soft grass,
Unlike the rough seeds,
My distortion is gone,
Life is not a happening,
Life is not me,
I the branch,
Will spread leaves,
The new comers,
God set before me,
He the trunk,
The gateway down,
To the roots,
The roots of truth,
God is my love,
Not others,
Not me,
There will be a flower,
That blooms with me,
But God has not lade the seed,
For her,
To sprout next to me.

Priest

The darkness of peoples faces,
As I flow through the cloud of people,
And ashes.
Dark metal machines express depression,
Black clouds cover the sky,
Making the sun shy,
Never leave the city,
Or go against the gods.
There is evil in the dust,
The wasteland of death and sorrow,
Creatures reside in the wasteland,
Never seeing,
Never seeing light.
They hear with their stomachs,
They feed off your fears.
I, the priest, will conquer,
Their appetite for blood.
The vampire menace is here.
