Life Is Too Short

Life is too short to be worrying about he said she said
It only starts problems and drama and the fire soon starts to spread
Yet the truth never unrolls its self like a spool of thread
And the results are friendships and relationships start to crumble and mold like a loaf of bread

People are so caught up in making and believing all the lies
It’s like they get a high for telling all the lies
What do people think they get the Noble Prize?
You have people looking at you asking why
Why do people like making people cry
Who are you trying to be in disguise?
In reality here is some advice
Liars, fakes, cheaters, abusers, and wanna bes are nobodies in real peoples eyes 

So lets break away from all the hate
There is no reason to discriminate
To walk the beat of your own drum is a skillful trait
Everyone is different like a car license plate
Its okay to be always changing like a discount rate

People need to realize in there is a due date
You never know when it is, so don’t wait
Live your life to the greatest rather it be with or without fate
This may lead to a debate
Yet if everyone could come together, we could all cross home plate
Moral to life, is that it is too short
Practice and play hard like it is a sport
Pretend that you are living on a resort
And everyone you come across is like a friend of some sort
We all need to be escorts
And treat everyone with love, respect, and kindness like it’s our last resort
Now let’s end this on a good report 
And stop all the hate and negativity and start giving some support

Frustrated

I don’t get it
The nicest people with the biggest hearts get treated like poo
Its as if everyone is acting like everything is okay like it’s a skit
The negativity gets old and dies off, yet the hatred seems to transmit
Is it that hard to put away any animosity you have towards someone and commit?
In reality in the end we all can benefit
Just think……
Where is the love in this world anymore?
Teens still being bullied and girls still getting called whores
People hating themselves for being different, they spend their times at the liquor store
Late nights, asking themselves why, drinking so much they hit the floor
Having an end result of having bruises and being sore
It seems we are all still fighting our own personal wars
Yet there is nothing wrong beating your own drum and wanting to explore
There shouldn’t be any hate or judgment anymore
Let’s once again help one another come together and help restore
So in the end we can all rest ashore 
I hate the world we live in today 
The violence, the judgments, the assumptions, the hatred, and the betrays
Seeing other people who are different having to repay from all the disarray 
Blacks, whites, shorts, obese, Americans, Natives, Hispanics, Gays
We are all different like papier-mâché, and that’s okay
Yet we are all the same on the inside, all one way
So put all the drama behind us, and let’s be a good model on the display

Change

There comes a time in life when enough is enough
When you try to make things right but nothing seems to change, and you have to bluff
Walking away from things you love and want and can’t have is tough
Yet a human can only take so many burdens before they say enough is enough

At this time there needs to come a change
Some days will be hard and it may seem strange
However if its life or death change is a good exchange
I am done with this estrange 

Its okay to take a different turn in the road and try something new
Who knows maybe your life wont be so blue
This could be a new start and be your cue
Maybe this change will give u wings so you could get a birds view and help pull you through
You never know who you may bump into
But taking a new trial can have other people admire u and look up to you

So if you’re going through tough times like me come take this ride
I have a great feeling about this change deep inside
I hope God and other people will help be our guides
We will take lil strides and let our winds just glide
Hopefully this strong tide will die
And we can set a great example and help other people worldwide :)

What Would You Do

Has anyone been in this situation before……..
You love someone who you can’t have for certain reasons
The feelings constantly change like the seasons
You never know when enough is enough, if what you have is a bluff
Either way you keep fighting for what you love and stay tough even though at times it gets rough
Some days are better than others
The love changes from a child to a mother to sometime a smother 
At this point do you keep trying and hoping things will fall into place
Hoping it won’t be a disgrace and backfire in your face
Or do you give it some space hoping patience will win you the race and make it to home base
You have a lot of history with this person 
And you don’t want things to end up bad or worsen
Then again do you wait at the gate patiently hoping, praying, and thinking they will come back?
Maybe take the risk and make an attack hoping your failure doesn’t slip through the cracks
Or is enough enough when you’ve tried all that you could do in your power and this is a sign to leave and unpack
People always say if you love something or someone let it go and if it ever comes back then you’ll know
Yet waiting to see if that someone or something takes a big blow
It’s not a game or show, things should just naturally flow and you eventually learn to grow
People also say if a person is crazy enough to love you after you broke their heart
That person should be number one on the chart, and be your missing part
The question boils down to do you stay, fight for what you believe in, or that miracle to happen, or wait for that wish to come true
Or do you call it quits, forget that something or someone you were so used to, stop feeling so blue and start seeing the world in a different view maybe eyes a birds view and repair yourself with super glue

Ever Met a Stranger

Have you had a crisis happen in 
your life and thought you’d 
never be happy or whole 
Days seem to be crappy, and 
you spend most of this curled 
up in a ball in a hole
Trying to keep yourself sane 
and hope you can gain self-
control
Yet deep down you are 
reaching for a goal
Finding anything, hoping, 
something, and someone to 
help bless or find you lost soul

But, just when you thought you 
couldn’t move on and about to 
give in
That you think life has got  you 
pinned
Someone comes into your life 
that makes you grin
You probably ask yourself 
thinking “where you have been”
Then all a sudden you have 
discovered a win

Its crazy how one stranger can 
come into someone’s life and 
turn it around
They turn your frowns upside 
down
They make you feel like you’re 
wearing the crown
They make your days better 
without even making a sound
They can help you pick you up 
off the ground
They catch you off guard and 
leave you astounded 

Life is too short to let anyone or 
anything ruin you 
Everyone deserves to be 
happy, loved, and wanted like a 
new pair of shoes
Days may seem long, rough 
and blue
Yet those days you try to find 
yourself and stay true
Put the broken pieces back 
together with the best glue
No matter what you have been 
through, push through and 
pursue
And look at life as a big picture 
as if its at birds view
In the end that one person 
helps you feel brand new
