Simple Cliches

Testing the waters
of this undeserved fame.

As this life as we know it,
really isn't much more than a game.

Theres nothing left to lose.
No more to soon gain.

What you bring to the table,
isn't much to many.

And if silence is as good as gold.
Look forword to what your future can hold.

If Its True

If its true
that people change,
then why do you wear
this look,
that looks so strange?

The same old routine
you own,
its yours
and
its always yours
alone.

Despite what your faking.
Still the same on the inside.

And you'll always be.

Just as it seemed.
A meaningless moment,
when all your dreams agreed.
That which and why
you decide.

Your tongue starts swelling
as you drift away
with the ocean tide.

Save Face

All these lips kissed
and I still felt alone.
As I can't help what I've missed,
I've got too many issues I own.

Imagine us
in another view.
Search the sky
and you'll soon find,
that these stars start
gazing back at you.

On a cloud
up in space.
Watch where were going.

Try to save some face.

By You

Pictures on a shelf,
remind me now
of how i could of been.

Expectations start high.
Expectations end low.

Holding tight,
our heads are spinning.
But my love,
this is just the beginning.

I stand here
so unsubjected.
I stand here
so infected
by you.

I wish
I could speak more clearly.
I wish
by you,
I wouldn't shake
when near me.

By you
scared thoughts
inject me.

By you
my mind and words
aren't quite connecting.

So Devine

As by some devine presence,
I've been burdened with the gift of life.

Things become completely complicated,
playing this game,
our teeth become enticed.

Help

I'm incredibly fed up, with
breathing this way.

Theres no where to go,
that's safer than home.

Leaving the clouds for a while.
Coming back down,
to stare for a while.

Not sleeping in beds.
Now we've all lost our heads.

Please tell us what to do.

Sticks and Stones

Wanting to own a new body.

To grow a new face.

Wishing to go unrecognizable
and
descend into space.

Off and unknown.

Confusion is home,
breaking your bones
with the sticks and the stones.

A Little Something For Some One Very Special

This time I won't
be doing what
I always do.

I know its just a rhyme
but I knew
I could fall for you.

Il keep it slow,
won't get out ahead.
I just wanna know
if I ever get in your head.

I've never won,
think I need a win.
Chests not made of steel,
mines paper thin.

Trying to spell what
I think about.
Speaking to you,
my words always
stutter and stumble out.

My Own Mind

Completley undecided in my
unkept home.
I've become,one side minded,
that I won't come home.
My attention becomes
so undivided,
as your intentions
are yours alone.

Its Difficult I Know

Stay awake today.
Its difficult I know,
with your knees giving way.

Theres no reflection in my mirror.
Its difficult I know,
to seek yourself without fear.

 Looking fresher within this hell.
Its difficult I know,
ringing amongst this churches bell.

This skin in which we wish to shed.
Its difficult I know,
for the sunrise to reach your sleepless bed.

Its difficult I know.
