Enough

I will die
here at the doorsteps
of your heart wondering
why you let
me come so
close and yet you kept
me so
distant

A wall of
ice and glass
prevents me from
any
further move

Gasping for my
last
breathe I am
left
to guess what it takes for
you
to give up plans and
schemes and
surrender
to love

When you will
finally
open that door my
corpse
will greet you
frozen and you will not
be
able to ever
resuscitate me.

So Divine

From the world
of Unspeakable
Delights, here you
come
walking and swaying down the
aisle - blessed
with sweetness and bathed
in tenderness - boldly
naked before
me

Anointed with
royal
charisma and power, you
trick me with your
silvery
voice and jolly disposition for
one
more chance to stare at
me uncompromisingly and
methodically
hand searching my soul and
body - faster and
faster - biting each
morsel in
before drowning lost
into my
eyes, intoxicated.

Breathlessly unassisted by your
mind, your
hands contort seeking a
way to either
touch me or find
shelter whereas your divine
lips shiver in distress.

On those
very - divine
indeed - lips of yours my world
gets done and
undone each and every
given day.

Mythology of Love

From the depth
of your
anguish, you
wished
me into existence. Like
Athena, I
came
to the world
fully
grown and armed, so to
disguise
you in a cloudy
mist and allow
nobody
to hinder your
progress.

I was
born seeking
your eyes, guided by
memories
of the future to be and
endowed with
a voice so powerful it would
move
even my enemies to weep
for me. Like
Orpheus, I
mourned
your loss resolving
to find and bring
you back, never
doubting you
were behind
me never
turning to check, in fear
of loosing you
forever.

And I banged on
the Gates of Hell imprisoning
you, threatening
my revenge till the door
opened for me to enter. Like
Ishtar, I
descended
in the frightening
Underworld, stripping off
my garments, adornments
and defenses, one
by one, just
to find myself
naked
before you.

Looking into your
troubled
soul, I realized I
could not
win you
back to Life unless
I accepted
to live and die
through the pain of my
existence and make
myself anew. Like
Chiron, I
gave up
my immortal serenity
to lift your everlasting
burden and share
it with you.

The Santa Ana Wind

Unbestown upon
me, you
start
blowing in my
soul ahead
of your arrival

In your wake, still
air becomes
glowy
and unstable while the sky
suddenly turns lilac
and bloody, avenging
my usually even
mood and forecasting
the upcoming
devastation

As you get
nearer, I have
no
choice but to let
the desert
sand and dryness batter
my skin till my eyes
close
in pain and I am
left
weepy and gutted, blindly
seeking for your warm
voice to
guide
me out of the storm

But your winds
are
so hot that I cannot
breathe and your blows
are
so strong that I cannot
hear

So I am
forced
to open my eyes to find
yours and
anchor my entire
life and safety
to your holy
heart

Between the Lines

In an otherwise
uneventuful
morning, between the
roles we locked
eyes, bantering
without
mincing words, allowing
futures, names, and
rebuttals to
stem from our hearts
unmuffled, and
mingle.

A fearless
gig between the
staves ensued, bringing
us to melt in a
timeless
embrace of playful
reminders of our
unmistakeable, unshakeable, and
unutterable bond.

In a twine of echoes and
mirrors, between the
statements you
probed, between the
silences I
listened, between the
changes you
questioned, between the
questions I
changed.

Between encounters we
found
ourselves speaking our
undecipherable
Angelic language, between the
sentences we read
our souls so
smoothly.

Between the
grooves I think, between the
rules you feel, between the
lines we just
ARE.

Soul Surgery

As I saw your
caged
soul rioting for my
attention, I knew
you to be my
perfect
victim and started
envisioning how to
ravage
your beauty so it could
ensnare
and impersonate my
lifetime wishes

Fearlessly you
revelead your
nature, fiercely you
demanded
reprimand, boldly you
offered
acts of service, bravely you
amassed
chisels and knives at my
reluctant
feet for me to
begin
dissecting you

Now brace
yourself and descend in the
Underworld bathing your
vest in a river of
tears
and sorrow while I
tie your
bare chest to the cold
operating
table of awareness. As I wear no
protection gloves and you
are given no painkiller, your
hurt guides my
actions, as I can
not
look at your eyes unless your
rescue
is over

Let me therefore
rage at what
holds you prisoner, skinning
dysfunctional certainties away, spreading
deforming scars apart, clotting
poisoning doubts, cauterizing
harmful energy leaks, cutting
and stitching diseased
gut feelings, finally carving
new wings out of your
undeniable
ethics while I sew and
nourish your
soul back to
recovery

And the time will
come when you
stare
at the reflection of my
masterpiece in the mirror rejoicing
in what you have
become under
my direction in all
your bleeding splendor

Paso Doble

...and there
you are, dancing
into my life once
again, walking and
swinging to the tune my
soul
knows so well, bringing
joyful
devastation to my unresponsive
mind screaming for
me to let
go of any
restraint.

...and there
you are, hiding
behind your captivating voice once
more, running all sorts of sentences and
staring at my
body
in search of the
key to unlock
my passion.

I am
for you the mirror, the
shipwreck, the loss of
control. I am
for you the spirit, the
matter, the soul. I am
for you what matters and what
never
mattered before.

Marvellous

Marvellous
it is to get
lost
in your eyes, in your
touch, in your
mind without
thoughts, without
fears, without
weapons, without
shields

Marvellous
it is to plunge in the
abyss hands
in hands without
parachutes, without
a B plan, without
wings, without
weight

Marvellous
indeed it is to find
you forever
enmeshed with my
soul

Four Seasons

Spring will
come bringing your
soul to
blossom, ripening my
heart
open to your touch

Seeds of
lust and wonder will
sprout turning our
lives fertile
again in colorful
patches of bliss

Strong guts will
shake our
produce helping harvest our
crops and feast without
regretting inevitable
imperfections and mistakes

Again the snow will
hide our
successes, again we will
not
succumb to dispair.

Enchanted Garden

Every time I
come near
you I
hear
the screech of a heavy
wooden
door halting
open

So I
turn and
meet your
eyes falling
captivated by your muddy
depth

In you I
discover a bounty
of wonders - hidden,
sheltered, fiercely
protected - so that
nothing
will ever get
wasted

And when I
look
around and find all
sorts of juicy
fruit, polished
gems, sturdy
weapons and precious
garments for me to
get enthralled with all
I
want is the finest of
them all, your
heart
